Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical mate Willing to work evenings in Luton. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to safety standards. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings.

The job is to start immediately and run for 1 year with the opportunity of more work to follow for the correct candidate's.

Must Drive

Must be a ECS Gold card Holder with tools.

Must be willing to work evenings

Must have Enhanced DBS

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Ensure that all installations comply with the relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while on-site.

Experience

Proven experience as an Electrician
Experience in Industrial and Domestic settings
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools related to electrical work.
Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are advantageous.
