We are a family run hotel, bar, restaurant and wedding venue set in beautiful surroundings.

What's in it for you?

The role will include:

Serving drinks and food to our guests in a warm and friendly manner
Cocktail making
Communicate with all departments regularly to ensure smooth service
Support the management team in maximising sales
Understand Health, Safety and Hygiene and adhere to policies and procedures
Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service for the next trading day
Maintain the standards of the business keeping all areas clean and tidy
To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management
Supervising and training of staff
Responsible for cashing up and closing down at the end of shifts
