We’re looking for a Production Manager to help us take Production LX to the next
level. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organising people, equipment,
projects and logistics whilst still getting involved in the delivery of live events and
productions.
You’ll work directly with the directors and become a key part of the business as we
continue to grow.
This isn’t a desk-only role.
You’ll be involved in warehouse operations, project preparation, crew management,
scheduling and event delivery, helping ensure every project leaves the warehouse
correctly prepared and every event is delivered to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Doing
Warehouse Operations
- Managing day-to-day warehouse activities
- Maintaining equipment organisation and standards
- Ensuring projects are prepared correctly and on time
- Managing stock, equipment allocation and readiness
Project Preparation
- Scheduling and managing all equipment preps
- Coordinating project requirements
- Ensuring projects leave fully prepared
- Supporting quality control processes
Crew & Freelance Management
- Scheduling crew and freelancers
- Building relationships with freelance technicians
- Ensuring projects are correctly resourced
- Managing crew availability and logistics
Project Scheduling
- Managing project calendars
- Coordinating deliveries and collections
- Scheduling vehicles and resources
- Supporting project planning and delivery
Event Delivery
- Attending events when required
- Supporting technical delivery teams
- Acting as Production Manager on selected projects
- Maintaining high standards on-site

Experience within live events, production, AV, exhibitions or technical production
would be highly advantageous.

Salary
£30,000 - Negotiable for the right candidate.
