Night Transport Planning Supervisor

Salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday 19:30-04:30

We are a leading logistics provider, supporting businesses of all sizes with tailored solutions that go far beyond standard transport, proud to be known for our reliability, innovation, and exceptional customer service. We are now looking for a motivated and experienced Route Planner, Supervisor to join our Midlands depot team and lead our night operations.

About the Role:

You'll oversee coordinating our fantastic team of drivers and planning transport routes, you will take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of our night transport operation. You will oversee around 4 trunking drivers, ensuring all trunks depart and arrive on time and in full. You will be liaising each shift with our other depots regarding their trunk trailers and drivers, you will be route planning around 15 vehicles per evening with routes in the local DE and WS area, between Vans, Rigids, and Artics.

About you:

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can work independently and collaboratively. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be the key decision-maker throughout the night shift, ensuring compliance, safety, and high service levels.

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
