Founded in 2015 with the opening of our first store back in the days when vaping was only just starting to take off and successfully operate six stores now and looking to grow further. We are currently looking for talent to be part of our exciting journey and future growth. We’ve seen a lot of changes and advancements during our time in the vape industry and we’ve always taken pride in moving forward as vaping has progressed.

Job description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate who vapes to join our team and provide excellent service to our retail and online customers. This role is primarily for weekend shifts, so availability on Saturdays and / or Sundays is mandatory.

The position is advertised for our Nuneaton store, but there is also a need in our Coventry, Warwick, Leamington and Stratford Stores and we can be flexible with location depending on the candidate.

The goal is to provide unrivalled customer service, maintain operational excellence, and actively contribute to the company’s Continuous Improvement strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

Duties include:

Ascertain customers’ needs and advising on our products and services.
Conducting customer transactions and achieving high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves and assisting with cross store stock transfers.
Picking and packing orders for deliveries and collections.
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Using point-of-sale, payment systems and customer reward systems.
Keeping up to date with product information.
Adhering to all companies’ policies and procedures and CI initiatives / trials.
Handling complaints or forwarding issues to Management.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the below is preferable although training will be provided:

Retail sales record.
Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles and practices.
Customer service focused, friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
Comfortable with systems and accurately handling computer and store admin tasks
Work as a team player.
Ability to adapt with real constant change and learn quickly.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
