Working in partnership with M&S, at Gist we deliver industry-leading logistics and supply chain transformation.

We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our team in Bedworth. As a Transport Coordinator you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.

SHIFT PATTERN & LOCATION

We’re recruiting a Transport Coordinator at our Bedworth site on a:

4 on 4 off shift pattern (40.25)
Working days 9am-9pm

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As part of your role you will:

Act as the first point of contact for drivers, managing briefs, debriefs, and resolving queries effectively.
Ensure legal O-licence compliance and deliver operational excellence across cost, service, and peak planning.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving and escalating live operational issues where required.
Monitor route performance, ensuring timely delivery, processing supplier queries and escalating issues to the Team Manager when appropriate.
Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently, including payroll, holidays, Kronos exceptions, and scheduling.
Support admin and export, ensuring export compliance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, you’ll have:

Experience of administration in a busy transport environment.
Experience of working with Microsoft word and excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
