Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the packaging process to ensure products are prepared efficiently and accurately for dispatch.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, good organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a busy warehouse environment.

Duties

Packaging and preparing seed packets for dispatch.
Assisting with bulk and wholesale seed packaging operations.
Supporting the Team Leader with daily tasks and operational requirements.
Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Working collaboratively within a friendly team environment.
Following verbal and written instructions carefully.
Assisting with general packaging and production duties as required.
