Remuneration: £70,000 – £80,000 DOE / £350 per day (CIS / Ltd, Outside IR35)

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager (from a pipework and building services background) to lead multiple projects. You will take ownership of mechanical packages including:
- LTHW / CHW pipework distribution systems.
- Plant room installations.
- Mechanical building services and associated public health systems.
Our projects include commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds, often fast-track or phased.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and sequence programmes across multiple live projects
- Deliver mechanical installations end-to-end
- Coordinate plant room installation and commissioning
- Manage labour planning, productivity, and on-site teams
- Procure materials, plant, and offsite/modular components
- Manage costs, variations, and commercial performance
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Maintain high-quality installation standards
- Liaise with clients and report to senior leadership
- Proactively resolve site issues and programme risks
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in building services
- Strong background in pipework systems and plant room installations
- Experience delivering mechanical packages end-to-end
- Knowledge of offsite/manufactured pipework or modular systems (desirable)
- Experience on fast-track or live projects
- Strong installation sequencing and site coordination skills
- Commercial awareness to manage costs and variations
- Ability to handle multiple projects across Central London
- Highly organised, structured, and delivery-focused
