Catering Supervisor role is a vital part of our team at The Genuine Dining Co., located in Cambridge. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Supervise and coordinate catering staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Manage food preparation, safety, and hygiene standards in line with regulations.
- Lead team training and development to foster a motivated and efficient workforce.
- Collaborate with clients to customize catering solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage supplies effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies across all catering activities.
- Support the creation of innovative menu options that enhance client satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food-service or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Hospitality or restaurant background is advantageous.
