Multi Skilled Maintenance & Construction Technician

Tiny House Pro is the UK's leading Tiny House manufacturer, designing, building and delivering premium Tiny Houses throughout the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and highly skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance & Construction Technician to join our team.
This is a varied and hands on role, working both from our yard in Cuffley and travelling nationwide to customer sites, carrying out maintenance, repairs, installations and snagging works on our Tiny Houses.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, repair and warranty work on Tiny Houses at our yard in Cuffley and throughout the UK
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, plumbing, carpentry and construction related issues
- Install and replace appliances, fixtures and fittings
- Complete snagging and finishing works to a high standard
- Assist with Tiny House preparation prior to customer delivery
- Conduct site inspections and surveys where required
- Undertake decking, cladding and external finishing repairs
- Troubleshoot heating, hot water and ventilation systems
- Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance visits
- Maintain accurate service records and customer reports
- Support the build team within the Cuffley yard when not travelling
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, maintenance or building services
- Good knowledge of electrical systems and fault finding
- Experience in carpentry, joinery and general building work
- Competent in basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable travelling throughout the UK and occasional overnight stays
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Reliable, organised and professional at all times
Desirable Skills or knowledge (not a dealbreaker)
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification
- Plumbing qualifications
- Experience working on caravans, motorhomes, lodges, modular buildings or Tiny Houses
- Experience towing trailers
- First Aid qualification
- Knowledge of off grid systems including solar, batteries and inverters
- Experience with air conditioning and ventilation systems
