EcoBuilders.Green are looking for a reliable and motivated Semi Skilled Multi Trader / Site Operative to join our growing team working on high quality residential projects across Essex.
We specialise in extensions, loft conversions, renovations and bespoke residential projects with a strong focus on organisation, communication and quality workmanship.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, wants to grow within a professional company and enjoys working on well managed projects with high standards.
The Role
You will be working alongside our core team assisting with day to day operations across a range of residential projects including:
- General site support
- Demolition and preparation works
- Insulation and plasterboarding
- Basic carpentry assistance
- Protection works and maintaining site cleanliness
- Loading out and material organisation
- Snagging and finishing assistance
- Supporting subcontractors and site management
- Helping maintain high presentation and organisation standards on site
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Clean and organised approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Previous site experience preferred but attitude is more important than qualifications
