Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and practical person to help maintain our fleet of Bambu Lab 3D printers on a self-employed basis.
We use our printers daily to manufacture tools for clay, so keeping them running smoothly is really important. We’re looking for someone who is confident troubleshooting, maintaining and servicing Bambu printers and happy getting hands-on with mechanical issues.
Role Includes:
- Cleaning and maintaining multiple Bambu printers
- Diagnosing and fixing print issues and error messages
- Replacing consumable/wear parts where needed
- Basic troubleshooting and fault finding
- General printer servicing and upkeep
- Helping improve print reliability and consistency
Ideally You Will:
- Have experience using and maintaining Bambu Lab printers
- Be practical and mechanically minded
- Have experience with 3D printing and slicer software
- Be reliable and able to work independently
- Have good problem-solving skills
- Be comfortable working in a small creative workshop environment
Details:
- Self-employed / freelance basis
- Approx. 10-12 hours per month
- Flexible working hours
- £25 per hour
- Based in a rural location just outside Spalding, South Lincolnshire
- Potential for additional hours as the business grows
This role would suit someone who already works with 3D printers as a hobby or side business and enjoys troubleshooting and optimisation.
