As Upload Abode enters its next chapter, we're looking for an experienced estate agency leader to join our team as Office Manager and play a key role in our future.

You will lead and support our existing team while helping maintain the exceptional results and standards that have become synonymous with Upload Abode.
This role is not simply about running an office. We're looking for someone who can support people, maintain high standards, solve problems, and help us continue delivering the outstanding service our clients have come to expect.

With exciting plans already underway, including the opening of a new head office and the introduction of additional services, we're now looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team and play a key role in our future.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional results and customer service.
- Coaching and developing team members to help them continue their success.
- Maintaining the high standards and customer experience expected at Upload Abode.
- Handling day to day problem solving and operational challenges.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency as the business continues to grow.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum two years' management experience within estate agency.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving ability.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Full UK driving licence.
What We Offer
- £35-40,000 Basic plus competitive bonus structure.
