About Us

We are a leading fire protection provider operating in a high-demand, rapid-response industry. We keep businesses, schools, and landlords compliant and safe. Our office is energetic, highly dynamic, and thrives on teamwork.

The Role

If you love a busy environment where the day flies by, this is the role for you. We need an immediate starter to manage high-volume customer calls and fast-moving compliance paperwork. You will act as the central hub connecting our urgent client needs with our field engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Fast-Paced Call Handling: Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound client queries and urgent system fault reports.
Outbound Coordination: Proactively contact existing clients to book mandatory fire alarm, extinguisher, and risk assessment services.
Rapid Engineer Dispatch: Adapt to changing priorities, quickly coordinating schedules and routing field technicians to urgent jobs.
High-Volume Admin: Swiftly issue fire safety certificates, log data into our system, and process compliance paperwork accurately.

What We Are Looking For

Immediate Availability: Ready to hit the ground running right away.
Thrive Under Pressure: Proven ability to stay calm, positive, and accurate in a fast-moving office environment.
Multitasking Skills: Able to switch gears quickly between phone calls and urgent admin tasks.
Strong Communicator: A confident, professional telephone manner and clear data-entry skills.
