Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday. 0615 - 1515, with a 1115 finish on Friday.
Location: Wellesbourne, CV35 9JY.

We're now looking for an Engineering Change Coordinator (Planner) to manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and coordinate end-to-end engineering change implementation.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Support warehouse operations including kitting, sequencing, replenishment planning, and layout optimisation
Drive effective inventory control, minimising obsolescence and ensuring stock accuracy during engineering changes
Ensure seamless material flow to production lines during engineering changes with minimal disruption
Oversee material flow from inbound receipt through warehouse storage (including high-bay) to lineside delivery
Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse layout, planning processes, and logistics operations
Enable smooth transition of engineering changes while reducing stock obsolescence risks

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Have a background in a planning role
Are computer literate
Have an analytical mindset
Ability to problem solve
Experience working and communicating closely with a customer
