Door Supervisor (SIA Licensed)

Company: Liverpool Security Solutions
Location: Liverpool & Merseyside
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual
Salary: Competitive Rates (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role

Liverpool Security Solutions is currently recruiting 10 professional and reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our growing team. Successful candidates will be deployed across a range of venues and events, including bars, nightclubs, licensed premises, private events, corporate functions, and special events throughout Liverpool and the wider Merseyside area.

As a Door Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff, and property while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional presence at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
Monitoring venue entrances and exits.
Conducting ID and age verification checks where required.
Managing access control and venue capacity.
Handling incidents professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
Assisting with conflict management and de-escalation.
Recording incidents and completing relevant reports.
Liaising with venue management, emergency services, and colleagues when necessary.
Representing Liverpool Security Solutions in a professional manner at all times.

Essential Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
Right to work in the United Kingdom.
