Coach Driver – Competitive Pay | Leeds & York Full Time / Part Time £15.00–£16.50 per hour

Leap Travel Limited is a small, family-run coach company specialising in day trips, private hire, and rail replacement work. We're growing, bringing on new contracts, and looking for the right people to grow with us.

The Job (Simple and Honest)
- Get passengers safely and comfortably from A to B
- Be approachable, friendly, and professional at all times
- Keep the coach clean, tidy, and looking smart - inside and out
- Work across a great mix of day trips, private hire, and rail replacement
In short: drive well, be good with people, and keep the coach looking how it should.

- Starting rate: £15.00 per hour
- Fixed Pay with Overtime
- Pay rises based on attitude, reliability, and performance

What We're Looking For
- PCV licence held for a minimum of 2 years (insurance requirement - no exceptions)
- Confident and competent driving a coach
- Great with passengers - they're often customers who become regulars
- Comfortable using a Sat Nav or planning routes
- Happy to keep the coach clean and presentable - inside and out
