We’re Hiring – Senior Sales Coordinator

Are you a people person with drive, ambition, and a knack for building great relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoy being at the heart of a busy team? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team at Alsford. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, branches, and managers to help achieve sales and growth targets. You’ll play a key part in providing outstanding service — supporting with queries, preparing quotations, and processing orders — all while ensuring our customers get the very best experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Handling inbound and outbound calls to manage quotes and orders, following up and converting enquiries into sales
Using your product knowledge to offer alternatives and upsell associated products
Working with suppliers to source the right solutions for customers

What you’ll bring:

Strong communication skills and a passion for great customer service
Excellent organisation and admin skills to keep on top of a busy workload
Experience in construction or merchanting is a bonus — but don’t worry, we’ll give you full training to set you up for success!
