Key Responsibilities

Manage bookings, enquiries and guest requests efficiently
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
Promote spa treatments and products confidently
Maintain high standards of presentation within reception areas

Person Specification

Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional and friendly approach
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
