Location: Bury, Greater Manchester
Salary: £32,000–£40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm

The Role

Working directly within the CEO's team and supporting senior management, you'll play an important role in helping our businesses operate efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Executive support and business administration.
Coordinating multiple business projects simultaneously.
Managing executive diaries, meetings and schedules.
Preparing reports, presentations and professional correspondence.
Liaising with commercial tenants, contractors, surveyors, solicitors and other professionals.
Supporting commercial property administration and operational activities.
Coordinating maintenance programmes and contractor schedules.
Monitoring operational performance and following up on key actions.
Researching new business opportunities and operational improvements.
Assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes.
Supporting acquisitions, development projects and business expansion initiatives.
Providing operational support across multiple departments.

This is a varied role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
