Mobile Trailer Fitter

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Mobile Trailer technician to join our Selby team.

Please note the successful candidate will be working across multiple locations, our Selby distribution centre & our Hull distribution centre.

What we're looking for

Fully Experienced Trailer Technician to work out of our service van
Knowledge and experience of servicing and maintaining Trailers
Knowledge of IT and Diagnostic Systems.
Electrical and diagnostic skills.
Fabrication Skills advantage.
Flexible approach to a job as a whole.

Key Tasks

To undertake maintenance and servicing of vehicles and trailers using our mobile service van to DVSA standards at our various depots and workshops
Undertake the maintenance of equipment and ancillary equipment to manufacturers and company standards and procedures.
Complete all relevant administration and documentation to the correct standard. (Service sheets, Job cards).
Report inspect and document findings and faults to equipment on a daily basis and throughout the course of the working day.
To be flexible in approach to the role as a whole.
Assist in the improvement & development of the workshop operation.
Work and communicate well as part of a small team.

Shift pattern

Alternating weeks 8.00am to 6.00pm and 7.00am to 5.00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Licence/Certification: Full Valid driving license
