Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our MD and team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, demonstrate professionalism, and be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and discretion are paramount.

Duties

Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for MD
Handle correspondence via email, phone, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using relevant software such as Xero, Joblogic and Microsoft Office applications
Assist with general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, general office admin
Liaise effectively with internal teams and external contacts, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Support special projects as required, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently

Requirements

Proven administrative experience or previous office experience is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is desirable
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good typing speed to facilitate efficient correspondence and document preparation
Demonstrable organizational skills capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills are vital
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach

Pay: £26,644.00-£28,000.00 per year
