Solitaire Fabrication Ltd are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Supervisor to join our growing team.
This role is suited to a senior air conditioning installation engineer who is confident leading engineers on site and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will oversee installation teams working on commercial air conditioning projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising air conditioning installation engineers on commercial projects
- Overseeing installation of split, multi-split and VRF systems
- Ensuring installations are completed safely and to a high standard
- Reading and working from drawings and technical specifications
- Coordinating labour, materials and equipment required for projects
- Liaising with project managers, site managers and other trades
- Carrying out site visits and quality checks
- Supporting engineers with technical queries and installation issues
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed on site
- Reporting progress and any issues to the office team
Requirements
- Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems
- Experience installing VRF systems
- Experience leading or supervising installation teams (essential)
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- CSCS card (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable (but not essential)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Experience working on commercial construction projects
