We're looking for a Packaging Assistant to join our Production Team at our Springwell site in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in getting our products from tank to customer, ensuring every can, keg, and package leaves the brewery to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing
Working as part of our Packaging Team, you'll help ensure our products are packaged safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers expect.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Assisting with packaging line setup, changeovers, cleaning, and shutdowns
- Packaging beer and other products in line with production schedules
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the packaging process
- Completing production records accurately
- Reporting equipment faults, quality concerns, or operational issues
- Handling packaging materials and finished products safely
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards
- Following all Health & Safety and food safety procedures
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
Experience We'd Love to See
- Packaging, manufacturing, brewing, food production, or warehouse experience
- Experience operating machinery or production equipment
- Forklift Truck licence (desirable but not essential)
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
