Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Saturdays on Rota, approx. One in three with day off in lieu)
We are a well-established, mid-to-high-end bathroom showroom based in New Milton, known for our strong reputation in quality and design excellence. We are looking for an experienced and creative Bathroom Designer to join our team.
The Role
As a Bathroom Designer, you will work closely with clients to bring their vision to life, delivering beautiful, functional bathroom spaces tailored to their needs and budgets. From initial consultation through to final design, you will play a key role in creating inspiring solutions and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and budget
- Surveying of customer bathrooms
- Design bespoke bathroom layouts using Virtual Worlds design software
- Present creative and practical design solutions
- Prepare detailed quotations and specifications
- Liaise with suppliers and installers
- Manage projects from concept to completion
About You
- Proven experience in bathroom design (showroom experience preferred)
- Strong design flair with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Virtual Worlds or similar design software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive and sales-driven mindset
