Help shape the next stage of NDADA’s development
NDADA is looking for an organised, thoughtful and solution-focused manager to join us in a new senior role.
Working closely with the CEO, you will help strengthen the systems that support our work, including central access, case management systems, data and reporting, fundraising, volunteering, administration and practical organisational arrangements.
This role will also support NDADA’s contribution to the Devon Domestic Abuse Alliance, particularly where access routes, systems and reporting need to be clear, safe and well coordinated.
We are looking for someone with line management experience who can bring calm oversight, clear thinking and a practical approach. You will be confident supporting staff, improving processes, using information well and helping turn ideas into workable solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys making things clearer, more efficient and more joined up, while keeping people and safety at the centre of the work.
We are looking for someone who can:
· Provide supportive and effective line management.
· Improve systems, processes and ways of working.
· Support the effective use and development of Halo.
· Use data and feedback to identify gaps, pressures and improvements.
· Work collaboratively with staff, partners and stakeholders.
· Bring a calm, solution-focused approach to challenge and change.
