At Bedruthan, you’ll be creating dishes that are every bit as memorable as the views outside the kitchen windows. From beautifully plated restaurant dishes to fresh pastries and seasonal creations, this is a role for someone who genuinely loves and takes pride in producing exceptional food.
We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for the 2026 season. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced brigade working across our restaurants and bakery, using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients to create food that guests remember long after they leave.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a chef who enjoys variety, loves working with quality ingredients and wants to spend the season working somewhere inspiring, alongside a team that genuinely supports each other.

What you’ll be doing
- Producing high-quality pastries, desserts and dishes to a consistently high standard
- Working across different kitchen sections including Sauce, Ogo, Plant Fish & Grill, Breakfast and Pastry
- Supporting the development of new seasonal dishes and menu ideas
- Preparing mise en place efficiently and maintaining smooth kitchen service
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and food hygiene
- Supporting and mentoring Commis Chefs and apprentices within the kitchen
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade during busy services
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role
- Passion for presentation and quality ingredients
- Ability to stay calm, organised and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Relevant culinary or pastry qualifications are helpful, but not essential
