Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ground Worker/Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various site preparation and maintenance tasks to support construction and paving projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and capable of working outdoors in different weather conditions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Assisting with site clearance, including removing debris and organising materials
Assisting with the installation of fencing, driveways, patios and other groundwork activities
Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to prevent hazards

Qualifications

Previous experience in paving desirable
Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory
CSCS card would be preferable but support and training will be given if not

This role is suitable for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in the construction sector.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
