About the Role

JobVisaHunt is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Brand Designer to join our growing team in Aberdeen. This role is ideal for someone passionate about branding, digital design, website visuals, and creating high-performing graphics for modern online platforms. The successful candidate will play an important role in improving the visual identity of JobVisaHunt across the company website, job listing pages, social media platforms, email campaigns, marketing materials, digital adverts, and platform graphics.

As JobVisaHunt continues to grow, the business requires consistent design support to improve how its services are presented online, strengthen brand trust, and support the company’s digital growth plans.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Design banners, social media graphics, digital marketing assets, and promotional materials for JobVisaHunt.
Create and optimise graphics for the company website, landing pages, job listing pages, and digital platform features.
Support the website refresh by producing clean, modern, and user-friendly visual layouts.
Design brand materials, icons, templates, product graphics, email campaign assets, and platform visuals.
Develop, update, and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across the website, social media, marketing, and customer-facing materials.
Create regular design assets to support JobVisaHunt’s online content strategy and business growth.
Work closely with the directors and internal team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design work.
Review and improve existing visual materials to ensure they are professional, consistent, and aligned with the company’s brand.
Stay updated with current design trends, digital platform standards, branding techniques, and modern creative tools.
Manage design tasks independently and deliver work within agreed deadlines.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Experience working as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Digital Designer, or similar creative role.
Strong portfolio showing experience in branding, digital graphics, website visuals, marketing creatives, and social media design.
Good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva Pro, or similar software.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, colour theory, visual storytelling, and digital design standards.
Ability to create professional graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
