Starting Salary: £12.71+ (depending on experience)
Location: Glasgow G2 8BL (5/7 - with some weekend working required)

Your role:

Execute stock requests in an accurate and timely manner

Ticket and file away the stock deliveries in the relevant storage areas

Prepare web orders to go out to the stores (boxing/packaging/quality control) and ship to customers

Monitor warranty activations for luxury watches

Administer all email and telephone requests from the branches as required

Receive branch transfers from stores and stockroom and report any discrepancies

Assist with the daily/weekly tasks of overstocks, damages, branch requests, price changes and company directives.

Log and process DPD uplifts for customers

Assist with: Special Orders, Customer Repairs, RTM'S and web order picks

Assist with all aspects of the admin for the customer success team

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working in a fast paced, luxury retail environment is desirable, but not essential

Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a wider team
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
