Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, providing exceptional guest service in a lively environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is advantageous.

Duties

Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring all orders are accurate and timely.
Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
Take customer orders using POS systems, process payments accurately, and handle cash or card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and upselling menu items where appropriate.
Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure all health and safety standards are met consistently.
Support the team during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as needed, including stock replenishment and general organisation.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills are desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods.
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments is a plus.
Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
