Job Overview
This role is focused on managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of client accounts across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will be responsible for delivering measurable results, providing strategic recommendations, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients.
We are looking for someone with agency experience who can confidently take ownership of campaigns, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and generate stronger results for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of paid media client accounts.
- Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimisations.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend is allocated effectively.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Analyse campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Produce monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Attend client meetings and present campaign performance where required.
- Collaborate with designers and web developers to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.
- Troubleshoot campaign, tracking and attribution issues.
- Keep up to date with advertising platform updates, industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records within HubSpot and internal project management systems.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through additional paid media activity and related services.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed optimisation decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
Desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience using Google Tag Manager.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Certification.
- Experience using Looker Studio.
- Experience working with lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimisation principles.
- Experience working with service-based businesses and charities.
