Building and joinery services are our business, with our committed team always going the extra distance to exceed expectations. Due to our ongoing expansion, we have moved all joinery manufacturing in house.
The Role
Due to the expansion of our joinery workshop section of the business we are seeking a qualified and dedicated Bench Joiner to join our dynamic team. The role involves manufacturing bespoke traditional sash windows, casement windows, doors, stairs and mouldings in a workshop environment, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. We pride ourselves on having an excellent reputation with our clients and you will have the opportunity to widen your own skills whilst being part of our team.
The person
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery manufacturing, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. Candidate will have the ability to demonstrate excellent skills, knowledge and experience. The candidate must be motivated to work independently and as part of a team with a keen eye for detail, excellent customer services skills and taking pride in your work and the ability to achieve set targets and deadlines.
Essential Requirements for the role
- Time served and experienced bench joiner
- Ability to manufacture all types of windows, traditional sash windows doors and staircases
- Have a positive can-do attitude
- Must be willing to learn and grow their skills
- High attention to detail and take pride in what they do
- Ability to work solo or as part of a team
- Hold a full driving licence
