The Catalyst We Seek
We are seeking an experienced Interim Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover, With Permanent Potential) who understands the deeper magic of brand presentation. You are a heavyweight marketing professional who doesn't just look at a strategy document as a set of instructions, but as a blueprint for manifestation. You know how to weave narrative, aesthetics, and digital presence together so seamlessly that our audience doesn’t just see a campaign, they feel it.
As our Catalyst, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and reality, confidently leading the daily execution of marketing activity across three distinct sales channels. Supported by experienced art designers, production technicians, and a dynamic sales force, you will be the driving force that turns the invisible into the impactful.
We are looking for an autonomous visionary who is obsessed with the shifting currents of social media trends, yet entirely unphased by rigid corporate structures. You are someone prepared to challenge the status quo, pushing our team to elevate and expand our brand into uncharted territories.

The Structure of the Role
This position begins as a 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract to provide vital maternity leave cover, where you will fully step into the leadership seat and own the core strategic and operational duties of the Marketing department from day one.
As a B-Corp company with expansive plans, our structural needs are constantly evolving. For an exceptional operator who successfully steers the ship during this period, there is a strong potential for this position to transition into a permanent role within our marketing team upon the conclusion of the cover period.
Your Sacred Duties (Key Responsibilities)
Strategy Manifestation: Breathe life into the group marketing strategy across all three sales channels, ensuring every touchpoint aligns perfectly with our commercial goals and brand essence.
Campaign Conjuring: Manage the flawless rollout of integrated omnichannel campaigns across digital, social, email, print, exhibitions and targeted media portfolios.
Digital Harmony: Collaborate closely with digital specialists to ensure content, organic activity, and paid media flow together in perfect synchronicity.
Castelli Foundation Partnerships: Promote the company’s CSR activities in support of our brand values and charitable goals.
Content Oversight & Stewardship: Maintain an overview of all content across platforms, ensuring it remains strategically aligned and socially relevant.
Brand Guardianship: Protect and cultivate our consistent brand identity, ensuring our unique persona and messaging remain pure, potent, and unmistakable.
Illuminating Insights: Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and translate raw data into enlightened insights for future growth.
Resourcing (Budget Management): Wisely manage marketing budgets across the portfolio, ensuring resources are efficiently transformed into high-impact results.
Event Facilitation: Attend and elevate brand events, product launches, and Foundation activities, acting as a true ambassador for our vision.

You are a creative, commercially-minded professional who understands that true marketing is an art form backed by science. You see the big picture but possess a meticulous eye for the details that make the illusion flawless.
Your Toolkit Includes:
Digital Intuition: A strong understanding of digital marketing and the ability to collaborate effortlessly with technical specialists. You know the mechanics behind SEO, metadata management, and sponsored advertising.
System Synchronicity: Experience with NetSuite CRM sales pipelines, organising, managing, and measuring the flow of opportunity. Experience using HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, or campaign tracking is highly desirable.
The Art of the Launch: A proven track record of successfully executing product launches, staging exhibitions, and energising an active sales force.
Ethical Vision: A deep alignment with our B Corp ethos. You understand that business must be a force for good, and you have the curiosity and drive to champion our sustainable practices and Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) partnerships.
Communication & Presence: Exceptional relationship-building skills, allowing you to seamlessly connect with operational, digital, and external cross-functional teams.
