Shift Hours: 8pm - 8am with alternate weekend working
Work Schedule: 3shifts per week (33hour contract)

We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to step into the rewarding role of Night Shift Care Practitioner—where every shift is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Night Shift Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.
You will:
Provide personalised care, supporting residents with night routines, mobility, and comfort
Monitor wellbeing, observing changes and responding professionally
Offer reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled
Support with light domestic duties to help prepare for the day ahead
Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Take part in ongoing training and development

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.
