This isn't just a receptionist role.
You'll be at the centre of everything we do - helping guests feel looked after, keeping the clinic running smoothly, supporting our practitioners, and ensuring every visit reflects the high standards we're known for.
About you
We're looking for someone with a naturally upbeat personality who enjoys talking to people and making their day a little brighter.
You'll be highly organised, calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing your smile.
Just as importantly, you'll be confident using technology. Much of this role involves working across booking systems, emails, payment systems, memberships and digital platforms, so you'll need to be someone who enjoys learning new software and is comfortable working on a computer throughout the day.
We're far more interested in finding the right person than someone who has worked in a clinic before. We can teach you our services - we can't teach warmth, enthusiasm or a genuine passion for looking after people.
What you'll be doing
Creating exceptional guest experiences
- Welcoming every guest with warmth, professionalism and confidence.
- Offering refreshments and ensuring every visitor feels comfortable and cared for.
- Supporting guests with forms, appointments and general enquiries.
- Maintaining a calm, beautiful and welcoming reception area.
Reception & administration
- Managing appointment bookings, diary changes and confirmations.
- Responding to telephone, email and online enquiries.
- Processing payments, memberships and retail sales.
- Supporting client communications before and after appointments.
- Helping keep clinic diaries running efficiently.
Clinic operations
- Assisting with stock ordering and monitoring.
- Completing administrative tasks and supporting clinic organisation.
- Helping maintain clinic standards, audits and operational checklists.
- Working closely with practitioners to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Digital support
- Updating simple website content when required.
- Scheduling social media posts using prepared content.
- Supporting client communications and promotional activities.
Full training will be provided.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in hospitality, retail, reception or another customer-facing role.
- Has excellent computer skills and is confident learning new software.
- Is organised, proactive and highly reliable.
- Has exceptional attention to detail.
- Communicates confidently both face-to-face and in writing.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service every single day.
Experience within healthcare, aesthetics or wellness would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
