Reception/Admin Host - Cockermouth

We are looking to recruit a part-time Admin Host in our Cockermouth office, working Monday to Wednesday (22.5 Hours) per week, with a need to cover holiday and sickness absence when required.
Who are we looking for?
As an Admin Host, you’ll be part of a friendly and professional team dedicated to creating a positive first impression for all Clients and guests. Your role will be central to ensuring our workplace feels inviting, well-organised, and smoothly run. If you're organised, personable, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Handling incoming calls for the firm when required
- Supporting day-to-day office upkeep, including housekeeping and light maintenance
- Monitoring and helping to replenishing office supplies and stock
- Assisting with Health & Safety procedures and minor caretaking duties
- Helping coordinate meetings, events, and contractor visits
- Scanning and distributing daily correspondence
- Acting as the first point of contact for external contractors
You’ll be fully supported by our Operations Team, who are always on hand to ensure you thrive in your role.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have experience of, and the ability to undertake a range of administrative duties along with IT proficiency.
