About the role:
The role of the Repairs Scheduler at Sage Homes is to ensure that the day-day scheduling of technicians is effective to meet the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for Repairs administration and work closely with the Direct Repairs Manager to provide an efficient service and exceed KPIs set out against organisational targets.
This role is based within our Northampton Office on a full-time basis and on successful completion of probation you can work 2 days remotely if required.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Use software to assign tasks to field technicians based on skill and location, ensuring timely communication with residents.
- Provide support by raising orders, maintaining logs, and keeping systems updated.
- Keep residents informed, prioritise tasks, and meet service targets.
- Track KPIs, input data, and ensure targets are achieved.
- Work with other teams, follow processes, and maintain contractor partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with policies while delivering repairs and maintenance.
About you
- Experience of providing an excellent customer focused service.
- Planning and scheduling experience within Social Housing.
- Property maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised and efficient administration skills
