The Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Embroidery Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating embroidery machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate embroidery machines to produce garments to a high standard
· Ensure consistent placement and quality of embroidery
· Upload designs to machines via software
· Carry out daily maintenance of embroidery equipment
· Inspect products for quality before packing
· Check garment inventory and prepare orders
· Pack and prepare orders for dispatch
· Communicate with the Production Team Leader regarding any issues
What We're Looking For
· Previous commercial embroidery experience is required
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
· Basic computer skills (Excel preferred)
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Maintain a clean and organised workspace
· Meet production deadlines consistently
· Proactive equipment care and reporting
