We are looking for an experienced Senior Forklift Engineer to take a leading role within our engineering team.
The Role:
This position is ideal for a highly skilled engineer with strong diagnostic ability and leadership experience. You will handle complex repairs, support junior engineers, and help maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on forklift trucks
- Lead and support a team of engineers when required
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Liaise with management regarding workload and technical issues
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working on forklifts or similar equipment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
