Job Overview
EXPERIENCED LETTING AGENT (PART-TIME)

We are looking for an adaptable, motivated and experienced letting agent to support our existing team across all aspects of agency work. With adaptable hours to suit you, the role will be varied, adapting to the needs within the agency at any one time, offering you a job where no two days are the same. Because of the breadth of the role, we do require somebody who can hit the ground running with previous experience in agency in order to provide the professional-yet-personable approach of the agency.

Who we are:

Brittons Lettings is an established independent letting agency based in King’s Lynn town centre. Our small team manages over 200 fully managed residential properties within the private rented sector in King’s Lynn and surrounding area. As a Propertymark-accredited agency, we offer high professional standards to our landlords and tenants with all members of our team all qualified and registered with the organisation. We pride ourselves on knowing our clients as people, rather than properties and of the service we provide to both our landlords and tenants. We act with integrity, honesty and in line with legislative compliance in everything that we do.

The ideal candidate:

· Previous experience in residential lettings or estate agency essential

· Self-motivated, but a strong team player, able to adapt to a variety of demands as needed

· Knowledge of current PRS legislation and complaint practice as well as an understanding of the current local market

· Excellent communication skills in all circumstances, in writing, over the phone and face-to-face

· Strong customer service skills

· Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail, especially in relation to documentation, record-keeping and compliance

· Must have a full driving licence and own car
