Park House School is a highly specialist independent special school for autistic pupils and pupils with intellectual disability, complex communication needs, sensory differences, anxiety and behaviours of distress.
We are looking for a warm, reflective and professionally curious psychologist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside experienced psychologists, teachers, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and family support colleagues to help pupils feel safe, understood and able to make meaningful progress.
This is a supported early career post with regular clinical supervision, reflective practice and protected CPD. The role offers rich opportunities to develop skills in assessment, formulation, consultation, intervention, Positive Behaviour Support and neuroaffirming practice.
We are particularly interested in applicants who care about relationship based work, collaborative practice and making psychological understanding useful in real classrooms, family contexts and everyday school life.
