Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimise website content using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are applied to improve search engine rankings.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies.
- Lead the creation of engaging copy for various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics to increase reach.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Oversee project management tasks related to marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic design tasks to support campaigns and content creation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in B2B marketing sectors.
- Lead email marketing campaigns by designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analysing open/click-through rates for optimisation.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role specialising in B2B marketing.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in SEO optimisation techniques and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS along with Adobe Photoshop for content creation purposes.
- Demonstrable experience in social media management across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities to meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for reporting and presentations.
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing operations and analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of strategies and ideas.
