Overview
We are seeking motivated, dependable and hardworking drivers to join our team. This is an active role involving the safe loading, delivery, set-up, collection and unloading of china, glassware, furniture and kitchen equipment across a variety of hospitality and event venues.
This role requires physical stamina, excellent time-management and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.

Duties
- Safely operate a 3.5t van to deliver and collect event equipment.
- Transport china, glassware, furniture, kitchen and catering equipment between warehouses and event locations.
- Load and unload goods with care, using a sack truck or carrying and securing methods.
- Deliver equipment to a range of environments: event spaces, offices, private homes, sporting venues, marquees, etc.
- Communicate professionally with customers, event staff and internal team members.
- Complete delivery paperwork, checklists and any documentation accurately.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition, reporting any defects promptly.
- Support end-of-day clearing, returns and stock organisation as required.
Skills
- Valid full UK driving licence.
- Driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Good understanding of local and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting tasks throughout the day.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional and courteous customer service approach at all times.
- Flexibility with working hours (early starts, late finishes and occasional weekends).
- Ability to reliably commute to Weston on the Green for daily starts.
