EP Group – Warehouse Administrator

EP Group is an award winning, global packaging manufacturer with production facilities across Europe and South East Asia.

Our global headquarters in Birmingham is home to our dedicated paper manufacturing division providing a wide range of food packaging products for the likes of McDonalds, Amazon, Marks & Spencer and Greggs.

We are now seeking a Warehouse Administrator to be based on site here in Birmingham, to provide an efficient, effective and accurate administration service for the Warehouse Operations department. The Warehouse Administrator is a hands on role so the ideal candidate should have a positive can do attitude.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours

Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 4.00pm

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Administrator

Produce, manage and monitor operations documentation for Goods In but may include pick activity allocation, as well as being involved in other administrative activities.
Communicating and forming strong working relationships with Warehouse, Transport, Stock Control and Customer Service departments.
Working to agreed Key Performance Indicators.
Maintain, update and record accurate information.
Provide feedback to management relating to the progress of work so that potential problem areas are identified and resolved quickly.
Provide accurate administration of internal stock movements.
Support and facilitate stock investigations/reconciliations.
Provide warehouse support on the shopfloor as required.
Other administrative duties as required.
There will be some level of physical warehouse activity when workload dictates.

Key Requirements – Warehouse Administrator

Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
Experience of SAP Essential
Experience of working in a warehouse environment.
Strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
A good ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
MHE Licenses would be preferred but not essential
