Are you training to be a nurse? Are you considering where to begin your nursing career once you qualify?
At Rowcroft we work to make every day the best day possible for those in our care.
Once you have completed your studies, qualify and receive your PIN, we will offer you a nursing position in one of our teams, with a full induction programme, a fantastic preceptorship in conjunction with Torbay and South Devon NHS Trust, and access to our education programme.
Rowcroft’s fantastic sponsorship scheme includes:

A bursary of £4,250 per year for up to 2 years*

A permanent role with Rowcroft in one of our nursing teams upon qualification and gaining your PIN number

A preceptorship programme in conjunction with Torbay Hospital
In return for sponsorship you commit to work with us for up to 2 years. Should you choose to leave your employment within 2 years you will be required to repay some of your bursary on a sliding scale.
