W C Watts Ltd is looking to recruit 2 experienced 360 Excavator Operators to support our busy quarry and aggregate operations based at Gransmoor and Park Farm.
Due to increased operational demand and long-term contract commitments, we are seeking reliable and skilled operators to join our established team. The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining safe, efficient and productive site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating 360° excavators safely and efficiently.
- Loading crushing, screening and washing plant.
- Stockpile management and material handling.
- General quarry and site operational duties.
- Carrying out daily machine inspections and defect reporting.
- Maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with company procedures and site rules.
- Supporting other site activities as required.
Essential Requirements
✔ CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator Operator qualification.
✔ Previous experience operating 360 excavators in quarry, recycling, construction or earthmoving environments.
✔ Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Reliable, punctual and safety conscious.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within quarry operations.
- Loading and feeding processing plant.
- Wheeled and tracked excavator experience.
- Mobile plant experience.
