Developing and delivering strategic sourcing plans for high-value categories
Managing supplier performance using Siemens tools and driving improvements
Identifying and delivering cost reduction opportunities using advanced procurement methods
Leading supplier negotiations for optimal commercial outcomes
Drafting and managing supplier contracts with internal experts
Embedding strong supply chain governance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement
Staying sharp on risk and performance, maintaining a clear view on compliance, risk, and supply chain performance
