Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Skilled Trade Person to join our small team on a commercial project for an eight week period. You will play a key role in the day to day works on site working as part of our team & assisting various trades. A good knowledge of carpentry, ground works & general building will be an advantage. This can lead to further contracts for the right person.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of tasks across various trades as & when required.
Assist with orders & deliveries of materials & equipment.
Support various trades on site with a hands on approach.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
Work with tools, equipment & machinery safely & in accordance with safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience

Proven experience as a multi skilled trades person in a previous role such as,
Strong working knowledge in ground works or brick laying & or carpentry & general building.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal & written.
Ability to manage time effectively & prioritize tasks accordingly.
A high standard of workmanship & attention to detail.
Full UK driving license.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day

Work Location: In person
