We are a fast-growing UK e-commerce and manufacturing business selling products across several online platforms.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & E-Commerce Assistant to help manage customer messages and support our online operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages across multiple marketplaces
- Handle delivery queries, order updates, returns, refunds and cancellations
- Follow scripts, checklists and decision rules
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Prepare weekly summaries and monthly reports
- Help document SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Bonus Responsibilities (If Suitable)
- Social media support (e.g. TikTok, Instagram)
- Product listings and content updates
- Basic image editing (Photoshop or Canva or Ai)
- Amazon FBA support
- SEO and website updates
Preferred / Prioritised
- Previous customer service experience
- E-commerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Strong written English
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new systems and products
- Bonus Skills
- Experience with Amazon FBA
- Product listings
- SEO
- Social media content creation (especially Tiktok)
